Mental Health Lunchtime Learning: Anxiety Disorders
This course raises awareness of Anxiety Disorders. It covers:
· What an Anxiety Disorder is
· A basic knowledge of some Anxiety Disorders and how to recognise them
· An introduction to maintaining wellbeing
· Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing an anxiety issue
Format
· This is an hour-long session delivered live via Zoom.
· Learning takes place through a mix of presentations and group discussions.
· The facilitators will monitor the group throughout the session to keep people safe and supported while they learn

It is expected that you will attend the session virtually from a quiet

session. This is a requirement for
attending this interactive course.
This course is being run as an online training course. Details of how to join the meeting will be emailed to you closer to the event.

website to join the meeting. The name on your Zoom account should be
recognisable as the name on your booking. If we cannot identify
delegates they may not be admitted to the session, or certificates may not be
issued after the event.
