HCA Development Programme - Autumn-Winter 2024-2025 Cohort
Please read all the information below before making a booking on this programme.
This programme is for new HCAs working in Primary Care, who have been in role for less than 12 months.
This programme is led by Julie Frost, one of the Learning and Development Centre's most experienced Clinical Educators.
This is a unique programme comprised of in-person and virtual teaching sessions. These will be delivered by
experienced clinicians and topic specialists.
Delegates will be supplied with a Programme Workbook to support and consolidate learning.
Training sessions are scheduled to take place once per month, starting in September 2024 and finishing in January 2025.
Delegates should be available to attend all sessions in order to complete the programme.

The virtual sessions should be attended using a device on which the slides will be easy to read. Zoom accounts should match the name of the person attending the course. It is essential that delegates should have access to a microphone and a camera to participate in these interactive sessions.
