This workshop will provide a
taster of Zebra Collective’s programmes including:
- Understanding
Trauma & Zebra Collective’s 4 Core Elements of a trauma informed
approach
- How a
solution-focused approach offers a different way of thinking about
'problems' and change, and a useful set of practical listening &
questioning skills focused on hope, strengths, progress and possibility
- Beyond
Trauma: Stabilisation Skills for working with trauma & emotional
distress for trauma informed practitioners
- How the
Power Threat Meaning Framework offers a non-pathologising alternative to
how we think about mental health & emotional distress
- Equality,
cultural capability & challenging discrimination: our lively workshops
explore the meaning of these core equalities concepts (& others),
their importance where we're committed to fairness & inclusion in our
organisations & our society and the requirement to commit to lifelong
humility & reflective self-awareness if we're to rise to the challenge
of unconscious bias.
The workshop is for
