Victoria Tucker

I joined Learning and Development Centre as the Education Programme Manager in March 2020.  My focus is planning and delivering our education and development training offer, while liaising with stakeholders to ensure that training is meeting primary care needs and that it runs efficiently. I am also involved in logistics and communications for our large face to face events, such as our masterclasses and conferences, and I support reporting processes for our NHS partners.  

Previous job roles include working as a Revenue Officer for a regional airline, being a Resource Officer for a children’s social work team and a regional Administrator for a private fostering agency.   

When not working I am a very active church bell ringer, which I have been enjoying since I was 10 years old! As well as ringing for Sunday church services and in bell ringing competitions, I am involved in county-wide strategic planning on the Devon Ringers’ Council and as a member of the Devon Association of Ringers. I also support bell restoration and fundraising projects around the county as a volunteer publicity advisor.  I have a life coaching diploma and I’m studying stress, anxiety and holistic therapies to support my qualification as a Sleep Coach for adults. 

I live in West Devon with my husband, our two children, our dog and our cat, and we travel around Devon in our 22-year-old camper-car having adventures.
