Roland Gude

roland_400.jpgRoland is the Chief Training Officer for Learning and Development Centre (“LDC”), he has been with LDC from the start and has tendered successfully for it twice.  During his time in the NHS he has worked in Practice Management, Commissioning and with the South West Academic Health Science Network.  Prior to joining the NHS he worked in Civil Engineering, Tax and Accountancy.  He lives in Tavistock and in his spare time enjoys mountain biking.

He is a huge fan of strong Primary Care and the difference it can make to the system, “we are excited by the opportunities a strong cohesive Primary & Social Care can develop and what this means for the changing face of the NHS for future years”.  Roles include liaison with NHSE Workforce, Training and Education Teams including Key Performance Indicators, the programmes of work and technology solutions for future training.
