Andy Smallshaw

andy_400x400.jpgI am the Operations & Quality Manager for Learning and Development Centre, having joined the team, and indeed the NHS, in December 2018. Prior to that, I held a variety of roles. Most recently I was a team manager and quality assurer for an apprenticeship provider and before that I worked in customer service management, finance and the Civil Service.

Outside of work, I am married with two grown up children. I originate from Cheshire and I am a big football fan, following the blue half of Manchester! Music and comedy are my other main interests and I try to get to concerts and stand up gigs whenever I can. I also love to travel.

As the Operations & Quality Manager here in the team, I am involved in overseeing the various projects that the team are working on as well as managing the quality assurance and course evaluation process. I also line manage the delivery team.
